Thank you for purchasing the Custom Coaching Portfolio package—I’m excited to get started working with you.

 

The most important part of this process is gaining a clear understanding of your values, philosophies, and overall approach as a coach. Since these are unique to you, I’ve created a questionnaire to help capture the details needed to accurately reflect your identity and strengths within your portfolio.

 

Please complete ONE of the forms below thoroughly and thoughtfully. The more detail you provide, the stronger and more personalized your final documents will be.

 

Important: You will see 3 versions of the questionnaire. Please complete only one:

 

Assistant Coach Form → if you are primarily pursuing assistant roles

 

Head Coach Form → if you are pursuing head coaching positions

 

High School to College Form  →  If you are a current high school coach applying for college jobs

 

Once you complete the form, please send it to billvasko@gmail.com along with the following:

• A current copy of your resume

• Photos (you can email them directly or share a cloud-based folder—whichever is easiest)

• Any other documents that demonstrate your accomplishments or accolades

 

Once I have these materials, I’ll begin building out the documents of your portfolio.
